Since 2011, Nick has worn many hats — from tax and accounting to planning, projections, and IRS resolution — all with the goal of helping clients feel confident and understood. He adapts to each client’s preferred level of detail, whether that means keeping things simple or diving into the numbers through Loom videos, clear emails, or phone calls. Clients value his calm, steady approach and his ability to make complex topics feel approachable. Outside the office, Nick enjoys refereeing flag football, golfing, catching movies, and exploring Austin’s food scene with his partner, Daniel. He’s also an avid Astros and Cowboys fan — for better or worse.
Aaron Dickerson, CPA, CVA, CFE

Aaron has spent five years leading his own firm, blending analytical skill with a genuine care for clients, and we’re thrilled to be joining forces. He enjoys helping people navigate complex tax and accounting issues with clarity and confidence and finds the most reward in seeing clients feel in control of their finances. Clients trust that they can bring any question or challenge to him. Off the clock, Aaron enjoys exploring new cities, tinkering with technology, taking in Austin’s live music scene, and spending time with his dog, Kobe.

Outside the world of numbers, Alecia enjoys playing with her dog, Eleven, crushing the competition with her Pub Trivia team, and dreaming up her next big travel adventure (Spain is high on the list!).
